Non-Discrimination
In compliance with federal law, including the provisions of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Sections 503 and 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Aspen University does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, religion, color, national or ethnic origin, age, disability, sexual orientation or military service in any of its:
- Educational policies, programs, or activities
- Admissions policies, grant, scholarship, or loan programs
- Aspen University-administered programs
- Hiring practices
Sexual Harassment
Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 protects individuals from discrimination based on sex in any educational program or activity operated by recipients of federal financial assistance. Sexual harassment is a form of sex discrimination prohibited by Title IX.
Incidents of sexual harassment, sexual violence, stalking and relationship violence are encouraged to be reported in a timely manner.
