Title: Academic Catalog

Policy: In order to be compliant with federal, state, and accrediting body regulations, the Academic Catalog shall be published annually at a minimum. Significant updates mandated by external regulatory agencies or institutional changes may added to the Academic Catalog in the form of addendum.  Students will receive notification of the Academic Catalog annually each October.

The Academic Catalog is maintained by the Registrar's Office, however, many different departments are included in the creation of and changes to university policies.  Those departments may include, but are not limited to: Enrollment, Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Registrar's Office, Student Services, Academic Deans/Program Directors, and the Provost.  Changes to the Academic Catalog are discussed and/or approved through University governance.

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to provide clarification on the publication and maintenance of the Academic Catalog.
