Policy: The Board of Trustees is the governing body of the institution and operates under a set of Bylaws, which are maintained by the Board Chair and are on file in the President's office. Information on Aspen University's Board of Trustees can be found in the Academic Catalog.
Purpose: The purpose of the Bylaws is to ensure that the Board oversees effective and ethical execution of the institution’s mission, fiscal integrity, and educational quality.
