Program Description:
The Doctor of Education with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership focuses on preparing individuals for leadership roles in organizations that are quickly changing environments and that often have a high degree of unpredictability. It is intended that Graduates of the Aspen University Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning with a specialization in Organizational Leadership program will learn or be able to do the following:
