Program Description:

The Doctor of Education with an emphasis in Organizational Psychology focuses on preparing individuals for leadership roles in various organizational and industrial settings that are quickly changing environments and that often have a high degree of unpredictability. It is intended that Graduates of the Aspen University Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning with a specialization in Organizational Psychology program will learn or be able to do the following:
