Program Description:

The Doctor of Education with an emphasis in Organizational Psychology focuses on preparing individuals for leadership roles in various organizational and industrial settings that are quickly changing environments and that often have a high degree of unpredictability. Through practical, real-world applications, learners will gain adeptness with understanding the psychology of groups and organizational cultures with attention on leading permanent change efforts. This program is not designed as a teacher certification program, and different states and municipalities often have specific requirements concerning different appropriate degree programs. It is intended that Graduates of the Aspen University Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning with a specialization in Organizational Psychology program will learn or be able to do the following:
