Policy:

Academic Years are defined as two (2) 16 week semesters totaling 32 instructional weeks.

Undergraduate students must complete 24 credits in order to progress to the next Academic Year.

Academic Year definitions are used to determine students progress through their program of study while determining financial aid eligibility.

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to define Academic Years.

Scope: This policy applies to all students.
