Policy: All incoming students are offered a New Student Orientation. The orientation provides an opportunity for students to meet with a designated Academic Advisor. It also orients students on policies and procedures and their rights and responsibilities as a student. During this orientation, students will learn how to navigate through the classroom platform and discuss various program requirements.

Purpose: To orient students on navigating the classroom, policies and procedures, and rights and responsibilities as a student.

Scope: The scope of this policy applies to all new university students.
