Policy: Identification cards are available to all Aspen University students. The University requires that all new BSN PL Core students obtain a student ID card. The cards serve as student identification for a variety of on-campus services, access to the building during business hours, as well as access to labs and clinicals.
- Online Students: To obtain a student identification card, please contact Academic Advising: studentservices@aspen.edu. Students will need to include Full Legal Name, mailing address and a passport style photo.
- Campus Students: Students must obtain and wear an official Aspen University uniform and identification badge. For more information, please contact Clinical Coordination. Name badges are provided the first week on campus.
Purpose: To serve as student identification for a variety of on-campus services, access to the building during business hours, as well as access to labs and clinicals.
Scope: The scope of this policy applies to all Aspen University students.
