Policy: Federal Student Aid Regulations require the University to establish, publish, and apply standards to monitor a student’s progress toward the completion of their degree program, known as, Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP). SAP is evaluated by the Financial Aid Office and does not supersede the Good Academic Standing policy.
Detailed information on the Satisfactory Academic Progress policy can be found in the Academic Catalog.
Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to provide information on the Satisfactory Academic Progress requirements of the University.
Scope: This policy applies to all university employees and current students.
