Policy: Students using Federal Financial Aid Funds will have be reviewed for eligibility of funds at each disbursement point in the program. Once all funds have been applied to the students account and a credit balance exists the funds will be handled based on the student authorization on file, if no authorization is on file the credit balance will be distributed to the student within 14 calendar days.

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to define the disbursement criteria.

Scope: This policy applies to all students who will be receiving Federal Financial Aid.
