Policy: Aspen University is accredited by the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC). The Accrediting Commission of the DEAC is listed by the U.S. Department of Education as a recognized accrediting agency and is recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation. Additionally, Aspen's RN-BSN, RN-MSN, MSN, and DNP programs have programmatic accreditation through CCNE. The BSBA and MBA programs have programmatic accreditation through IACBE. Information on Aspen University's accreditation can be found in the Academic Catalog or on the University website.

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to provide clarity on Aspen University's accrediting and regulatory bodies.
