Policy: All servers, desktop and mobile devices that are provided to employees or are used to host information as part of the University’s infrastructure must use an operating system that has been approved by the IT department. The IT department is responsible for performing regular software and security updates for all devices owned and operated by the University.

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to define the operating systems requirements for any server and desktop systems connected to Aspen University networks.
