Policy: Aspen University encourages professional development at all levels.

The university supports and encourages professional development through internal and external opportunities for full time employees, if approved and funds are available. Employees interested should work with their manager for approval. Professional development should aid in the employee’s current role.

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to provide clarity on the university's support of professional development to promote continuous learning and skill development.
