Administrative Withdrawal

A student may be Administratively Withdrawn as a consequence of violating Aspen University’s Continuous Enrollment policy.

Dismissal

A student may be dismissed from Aspen University due to violations of University policy at any time, without a prior warning or notice. The University may consider dismissal in cases of:

  • Failure to comply with the University’s Good Academic Standing policy;
  • Unethical or illegal conduct;
  • Academic dishonesty;
  • Submitting false or misleading information; or
  • Violating the Code of Conduct or Academic Integrity Policy

IMPORTANT NOTE: The University will no longer accept readmission applications after December 30, 2026, see the Readmission Policy. Students who are withdrawn or dismissed after this date will not have the opportunity to return. Students are strongly encouraged to maintain their enrollment.

All readmission applications must be submitted and completed before this deadline. We strongly encourage students to begin the process early to allow sufficient time for review and consideration.

Wisconsin Students: In accordance with Wis. Admin. Code SPS 408.05(3), students will receive their refund within 40 days after dismissal or notification of withdrawal.
