Policy: The University makes every effort to build financial agreements with other institutions of higher learning and other third-party organizations. These Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) are built in order to facilitate an easier financial pathway for students to complete their education, thereby supporting the University's mission to provide a high quality, responsibly priced, distance-learning education for all students. Agreements may be executed throughout an academic year.

Purpose: The purpose of this policy is to provide transparency of established memoranda of understanding (MOUs).
