Policy: The formal commencement ceremony is held once a year on a date announced by the University. Eligible students will be notified in a timely and sent a link to RSVP for the commencement ceremony. More information on Aspen University's commencement ceremony can be found on the Graduation website or in the Student Support Services section of the Academic Catalog.

Purpose: The policy is to ensure consistent information regarding commencement is provided to all potential graduates.
